Meet Phelan

Hey there, it’s Phelan! I’m so happy to have you here!

I am a licensed cosmetologist, traveling hair and makeup artist, behind the chair stylist, and overall beauty guru. This industry is one hundred percent where my passion lies.

Graduate of PCI Academy of Iowa City, with two years officially in the industry and several more spent working in salons, training with seasoned stylists, and dolling up anywho who’d let me.

Currently an independent stylist at Haba Salon, located in the heart of Iowa City.

Lover of trail walks with my pup Ada, traveling anytime I have the chance, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes. My free time is best spent on my family’s farm or soaking up all the moments with my friends, family and four legged loved ones.
